PHP Taco combines some of the most useful libraries together to allow you to develop easily with Zend Framwork. To combine these manually can take many hours of work and Zend Frameworks use at will philosophy means they don't come pre-packaged.

I'll agree and go with zend, doctrine, blueprint and jquery.. but what the hell's up with the DOT Language!!
